My painting “Orange Tractor” was juried into the Oil Painters of America Western Regional Exhibition. This is an annual juried exhibition, with the 2023 exhibition to be held at Brushworks Gallery in Salt Lake City, UT. The dates of the exhibition are October 6 through October 31, 2023.
Acceptance into 2023 NOAPS “Best of America” Small Works National Juried Exhibition
My painting “Lamp Shadow” was juried into the National Oil and Acrylic Painters’ Society 2023 “Best of America Small Works Exhibition”. This is an annual national juried exhibition, with the 2023 exhibition to be held at Mary Williams Fine Art, 5311 Western Ave. #112, Boulder, CO. The dates of the exhibition are May 18 through June 17, 2023.

I was accepted into the 2023 Governor’s Art Show and will be exhibiting four paintings at this always-exceptional exhibit. The exhibit opens on May 6, 2023 and runs through June 11, 2023 at the Loveland Museum, Loveland, Colorado.
Acceptance into 2022 NOAPS “Best of America” Small Works National Juried Exhibition
My painting “Sunshine Biscuits”, an oil painting of a toy delivery truck, was juried into the National Oil and Acrylic Painters’ Society 2022 “Best of America Small Works Exhibition”. This is an annual national juried exhibition, with the 2022 exhibition held at Beverly McNeil Gallery, 605 28th Street South, Birmingham, Alabama. The dates of the exhibition were April 28 through May 27, 2022.
Acceptance into 2022 Governor’s Art Show
I was accepted into the 2022 Governor’s Art Show and exhibited four paintings at this always-exceptional exhibit. The exhibit opened on April 23, 2022 and ran through May 21, 2022 at the Loveland Museum, Loveland, Colorado.
National Award, July 2021
My painting “Palace of Fine Arts” won a Merit Award at the 2021 National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society online exhibition for Associate Members. The painting is a nocturne view of the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco.
Master Signature Membership in WFWS, June 2020
I was awarded “Master Signature” membership in the Western Federation of Watercolor Societies (WFWS) in June 2020. Master Signature Membership is a new category for WFWS and is awarded when a member of one of the eleven member societies has been juried into eight or more WFWS exhibitions. I am one of only six Colorado Watercolor Society members to be awarded Master Signature status.
